I damaged my hamstring 15 months ago and was struggling with walking, climbing stairs, kneeling down the daily basics really it started to affect my knee and calf I was in constant pain and discomfort. But in just 4 sessions with Arooj along with the home physio plan she put together and I'm now virtually pain free and more mobile than I have been in a long time.
